BB Hopper

SAR Ballast hoppers.

I am still looking for more detail photographs of the brake gear under the tapered ends of the hoppers. and also any mechanisms that were used to open the unloading doors.

I am also keen to hear of any historical information you may have, what they carted, lines they traveled, gauges they ran on, things that were changed on them over their lifetime etc.
